  1. I love this device. I have been looking for something to measure more than just my weight as I believe that being fit and healthy requires more than just your body weight. As a result of this, I decided to take a look at other ways of measuring other body factors and found the Omron Fat Loss Monitor (after a lot of research I might add). The fat loss monitor has a great BMI tracker that really helps me stay on track of losing some extra pounds, I would really recommend the device for anyone looking for something simple and really easy to use, especially if you are getting on in years as I am.

I have owned mine for the last 2 years Comments: Regardless of the time of day…if you take readings multiple times in a row (say, three) turning the device off after each reading, you will receive a different value each time. Also, values are different depending on the surface upon which you are standing and what you are wearing (socks, bare feet, shoes, carpet, wood, concrete, etc.). The best one can do is take multiple readings and do an average. Or simply seek a trend line over time (say a month or two).
