  1. I bought this scale as my Doctor advised me it was one of the best Body Composition Monitors available. He told me it costed around $250 but when I found it on Amazon I was amazed to see it for around $90! The scale measures lots of body measurements including – Weight, body fat percentage, BMI, Skeletal muscle percentage, resting metabolism, body age and visceral fat level. That is more than enough for me. I track all my results on the app on my phone and I can see my stat history which is great to keep you motivated when you see the results coming down each month!
